How we help
The mission of Caritas Czech Republic is to help people who are in distress irrespective of their race, nationality, religion or political opinion, by providing social and health services, charitable and humanitarian assistance. In places outside of the country, we do this through development cooperation. Indirectly, Caritas Czech Republic helps people who are in need by highlighting their situation and striving to improve their overall position.
All Caritas employees and volunteers comply with a code of ethics and possess the education, training and appropriate legal requirements to meet the demands of their positions.
Ongoing staff training and exchange of experience is a matter of course and an integral part of the charity work also includes the spiritual development of staff, volunteers and clients.
